HCL TSS Manesar sources, train and recruits candidates from across India, while HCL Madurai and HCL Lucknow does sourcing, training and recruitment of candidates locally. Candidates trained at HCL TSS Manesar are placed across HCL offices in Noida, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad, while candidates trained from Madurai and Lucknow will be placed in respective locations.

A: Candidates selected for the training programs undergo several months of intensive classroom training and Professional Practice Term training focusing on various technologies including Application Development, Infrastructure Management and Software Testing.

Candidates selected for Training & Hiring Programs are trained for several months (classroom training part) at HCL campuses post which they go through Professional Practice Term training at HCL. Post Successful completion of the training program, the trainees are placed within HCL.

A: The Training & Hiring Program for Class XII is known as Tech Bee – HCL’s Early Career Program and the fee structure is INR 2 Lac + Applicable taxes). The program is currently being offered across Madurai, Lucknow, Chennai and Noida. This fees is towards the cost of training for careers with HCL. While anyone is open to apply – selection in the training program is through an online test followed by interviews. Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be absorbed within HCL.

Yes for the first year of training, you can get a stipend of INR 10,000 per month

A: The duration of Tech Bee – HCL’s Early Career Program is one year comprising of foundation training, technology training, and role specific Professional Practice Term training.

A: After the successful completion of the program, candidates shall get:
- Certificate in IT from SSN
- Shall start their IT career with HCL across streams including Application Development, Software/ Product Testing, Application Support and Infrastructure Management Service

A: The training program requires candidates to access online learning contents, e-learning tools and undergo online assessments, thus making it mandatory for candidates to carry their own laptops.
Q: What is the mode of course delivery?
A: Our Training programs are delivered using a mix of classroom-based, instructor-led training, as well as e-learning modules and hands-on practice on concepts being taught. The soft skills training follow an activity-based learning approach. Candidates also get an opportunity to learn from industry experts via guest lectures.
